Texas Wind clip point hunter with fossilized walrus handle
This beautiful little hunter features a stunning hand forged 3.5” Damascus blade with a pattern we call Texas Wind W’s. The steel is 156 layers of the highest quality 1084 and 15N20 high carbon steels. All Damascus used in all of our knives is hand made in house by ABS Journeyman Smith Charles Carpenter. The guard and collar are the same Damascus steel and it also features both copper and hand filed stainless spacers. The handle material is 55,000 year old fossilized walrus ivory. This knife also has a hand domed retention pin in the handle. This blade also comes with a fully lined, hand crafted, and custom fitted leather sheath that was also made by Charles Carpenter. This knife also won the Best Custom Straight knife award at the St. Louis Knife show in 2022.
