5” Brute De Forge

5” Brute De Forge (rough and unfinished) blade is 5” in length while the overall knife length is 9”. The integral finger guard,  handle tang and sides of the blade all retain the rough and distinctive unaltered appearance that results from the coal fire and hand forging process that earns this styles Brute De Forge name. The handle’s flamed maple scales are a fixed with four silver pins. This Brute De Forge and all other knives from Big River Forge are completely hand forged and finished by American Bladesmith Journeyman Smith Charles Carpenter and also comes with a custom fitted leather sheath that has also been hand made by the maker himself.
