San Mai Damascus Mini Cleaver

This is a very unique mini cleaver for the chef who has everything. It is 168 layer Damascus of 1075 and 15N20 high carbon steels under San Mai of A203E mild steel that is hand forged and finished for beauty, sharpness, and toughness. The blade is approximately 4.25” and the overall length is 8.25”. The handle material is African Blackwood. As with all custom knives from Big River Forge this little cleaver also comes with a custom fitted and hand made scabbard to protect the blade and the user when not in use.
