This absolutely stunning Chef’s knife has an 8” blade of 80CRV2 Steel. This chef’s knife is a full tang construction with Desert Ironwood handle and bronze bolster. The bolster and handle are contoured for user comfort. As with all knives from Big River Forge, this chef’s knife comes with a custom fit scabbard to protect the blade when not in use. This scabbard is also hand tooled and hand stitched by Bladesmith Charles Carpenter and can be customized for the owner.
